Individuals between the ages of 18 and 23 as of the end of the calendar year (December 31, 2026) are eligible for registration and full participation during the 2026 MMJFL league year.
This includes all players born in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008
- Returning 23-year-old players may only register with the club they were registered with as a 22 year old
- New 23-year-old players may register with any team so long as the player was not registered in the CJFL / U-Sport or anhy other equivalent league as a 22 year old
